General Comments

I stayed at your complex from the 28/06/07 to the 12/07/2007.
Isn't it time they updated their video.
The canopies are no longer above the restaurant, making it very hot.
There was no green grass on the putting green to play golf.
The choice of children's food was only 3 choices each meal time, 2 of which were potatoes.
Quite frankly, your staff were understaffed, one bar only open at one time for so many people, so we had to queue all the times for drinks.
Leftover food was recooked the next day.
People queuing up to get in the main restaurant, when there were tables and chairs vacant in the Chinese food side.
I have to say that I have been to Spain many, many times and also to Lanzarote before but the restaurant/cafeteria was the most disgusting place that I have ever eaten, in fact we had to eat out most of the time.
I mean green beans for breakfast.
No real meats, only spam.
For the amount of people staying there, there was not enough space to eat.
Many times the food was warm the soup was cold and very badly cooked.
I'm a professional cook and in England this place would have been closed down because of the bad food standards.
Paradise Island, your own paradise on the island, I don't think so.
