Good Points

The staff were so very welcoming and helpful and attentive. The location is absolutely beautiful, with the hotel on the hill top and the palm studded gardens tumbling down the hill to the grassy area and then the beach. The carriage taking us up and down cut out any problem with a hill climb. The private beach has fine sand and the sea in this sheltered cove is calm, ideal for swimming. The beach restaurant provides good meals for lunches and all the other restaurants are fine. Wonderful buffet breakfast to suit all nationalities. A quiet place, away from the hectic part of the resort. Thai skills classes are offered in the art of Thai Cooking, such as vegetable carving and napkin-folding much appreciated.

Bad Points

Still trying to think of any but can't.

General Comments

An excellent hotel with lots to do on site. Transport into town for shopping is available. Many trips are available from the tour desk when activities are required. We would thoroughly recommend the Cape Panwa.
