General Comments
I have been with Natwest Bank for 5 years now, and have still had the same type of account. They have not offered to upgrade the account for me. They charged me £35.00 once for going overdrawn 1p!!! It was not even my fault... a direct debit had been taken on the wrong day!
The online banking is the best thing about Natwest. It is so easy to use, and I can pay all my bills without leaving the house.
