Bad Points

Everything is bad. The people working in the airport (especially security) are not friendly and do not respect to passengers. I think this gives very bad image to UK. They are disorganized. This is one of the worst airports in the world. I think they need to get training. They should learn how to respect to the people.

Friends, do not travel through London Heathrow airport. The experiences I got are disgusting.
