Good internet banking
Rubbish Customer service. No help with building business
I have banked with Lloyds for nearly 16 years, the customer service used to be really good, how times have changed. I opened a business bank account with them in March 2007, because they promised they would "support every need of your business". I may take them to court for misleading the customer. They have no customer service and no interest in helping you build your business. They just want profits. If you want your business to succeed, stear well clear of Lloyds.
