Good Points

The location of the hotel was perfect, good choice of everything around you! The bar staff were very friendly! The pool was a great size and the music played around the pool gave it a great atmosphere.


Bad Points

You have to pay a 70 Euro deposit when you get to the apartments that you are not told about. They will try anything to not let you get it all back, whether it be because of noise, dirty towels and bedding. The female receptionist is really hard to work out, one minute she is really friendly, then the next minute she is picking faults with everything you do or say.


General Comments

I loved this holiday at Filoxenia, very much for young people, which was very good for making friends and enjoying Malia.
