Non-existence of staff training, if my experience is anything to go by.


General Comments

I ordered two small items of children's clothing from la redoute - a pack of socks and a pair of Bermuda shorts.
What I received was two parcels, each charging £3.45 postage, when the actual postage, both for sending and returning would have been under £1.00 each way.

I don't want to hear the age old comment that La Redoute has to pay for the items returned, therefore the charge has to be £3.45, as I would willingly do that.
Needless to say, the catalogue has been consigned to the bin, and I sincerely hope I do not get inundated with letters asking me why I am not taking up the fabulous offers!!
I now shop with a mail Order company who's postage is free!
