Good Points

This hotel is in an excellent location for all the main attractions in Palma Nova and Magaluff. It's a stones throw from the beach and is set back from the main strip, only by one street so your still in the heart of it all but far away enough to allow you that peaceful(ish) afternoon siesta!! The staff at the hotel were very professional and extremely helpful! Their English was excellent and they always made an effort to assist with inquiries whether related to the hotel or not. The food was good considering the price we paid. We weren't expecting to be served the type of meal you'd find in a fancy restaurant but we were pleasantly surprised with the standard, there was always plenty of selection, and was prepared in a clean environment. Dinner was a bit better than breakfast, but lets face it, who's gonna make it for brekkie anyway!!! The safes in the room were secure and fairly cheap to hire for the week, these are a must have!!


Bad Points

During our stay we saw a few middle aged and older couples complaining to the reps about the noise level during the early hours of the morning (people coming home from boozy nights out). May I suggest this hotel is most suited to those who want to sleep by day and party by night! But lets face it, that's the majority of us isn't it!!! Oh, and I was a little disappointed that you have to pay for any drinks you want with your evening meal, even soft drinks! They were cheap enough but I have never experienced this before!!


General Comments

Overall ,this hotel exceeded my expectations and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend!
I was originally looking for somewhere in Magaluff itself, but this hotel was only a 3 euro taxi ride away which took about 4 minutes, or you could walk from the hotel to Magaluff in about 15 minutes.
Also, theres a cafe around the corner called Maria's and they serve the best egg and bacon rolls ever!! Wow, I'm dribbling at the thought right now!! Infact their whole menu is pretty impressive and cheap too!! Be sure to pay them a visit!!!
So if you are working to a budget this hotel is definitely worth considering. Myself and my friend (aged 25 and 26) had a great time here and would have no hesitations returning again in the future!!
