General Comments
This rifle is no toy, i really don't know if it really shoots at 1650 fps, i bought it and first i tried accuracy and i hit a AA battery at 40 yards and the most impressive thing about it was it passed right through the battery using the Gamo PBA RAPTORS that come with the rifle. I saw a TV ad and in that video you can see a guy killing with 1 shoot a 200 lb. hog, i own 31 air rifles, pneumatic, precharged, brake barrels, but nothing i own come close to this one, perhaps an air force condor, but the precharged are kind of a hassle to hunt with, pumps, scuba tanks, etc. and with the Gamo you just need a tin can of pellets and a strong arm (58 lb. of cocking effort) but make not mistake this gun is .22 rimfire disguised as a pellet gun. I like to hunt a lot of small game but if you hunt for a medium size game like a hog, I'm not sure 1 shoot will kill it but the second i'll bet will do the job, not for plinking, not for small pests, but as the name of it says its for hunting. Do you know if there is any difference between the hunter extreme and the hunter 1250?
