Good Points

The prices are a great lure. I ordered from their company in good faith after reading their positive reviews, obviously they are a joke.


Bad Points

No customer service to speak of.


General Comments

I ordered a Nikon D200 from Express Cameras. After two weeks, it had not arrived. I called the company on the 13th. The boy who answered the phone hung up on me. I called a second time and asked him where the camera was because I needed it as soon as possible. He hung up the phone on me again. I called a third time. He was very rude and told me that the camera was back-ordered for 6-8 weeks. I cancelled the order, but could not tell whether he had listened to me because he hung up on me... again. I called again. I told him that I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He told me that I was WASTING my time. I again asked for the supervisor. I told him that I no longer wanted to speak to him and that he was an obnoxious, etc. He hung up the phone. I didn't bother calling back. I sent the company an email, though I doubt that will do any good. Do not order from Express Cameras. You don't even get the satisfaction of being able to tell them off when your order does not arrive.
