No customer service skills
I ordered a new suite from DFS back in May. I waited in all day yesterday for it coming, and when it did arrive it was the wrong one. The Manager has since phoned me to say that I should have taken the sofa and chairs and he would have sent on the cushions to match in a few weeks time. As there is a chance the colours/shading would be different, I told him that was unacceptable, was annoyed with DFS and wanted them to cancel.
