General Comments
I booked them because of the experience my sister had with another car-hire company. The driver of my sister's car refused to put the hood down, even though it was a sunny day. He didn't seem to appreciate that the reason for hiring a convertible is to have the hood down, especially for photos.



I heard from a neighbour that Diamond Chauffeur Drive are the only company to put the hood down on their convertibles, and when I read the good reviews they had received, I was convinced they were the firm for me. I had viewed other cars and was disappointed to see permanent advertising on them - HOW TACKY IS THAT? - definitely NOT what you want on your wedding day.



Diamond seem to do everything in a more confident and dignified manner than anyone else I have seen. They don't just provide transport, they help to make your day more special.

I found this review very helpful because it addresses points that I would not have thought about but can impact when it is too late to do anything about it. It shows how important it is to choose the right car company first time and not be swayed by fancy advertising. I particularly agree with the comment that Diamond do everything in a confident and dignified manner.
