Lastminute.com offers very good value flights, for most of the time, I found my flights with lowest price from lastminute.com, also, after the purchase online, I received my itinerary in my email almost immediately.
None for me.
In general, lastminute.com offers a range of lower price flights compared to other travel agents, especially when you book in advance. I have not tried the customer service on phone, but the online service was quite good, and by now, I have not got any bad experience about this website. However, I did not find that the flights were very cheap when I wanted to book close to the flight schedule, this is not as indicated by its name.
