Online banking doesn't work
I tried to open online banking and failed. I called Nationwide and they said I had to change router. I have an account with other bank and the online banking never had problem. I tried from 4 different computers and 2 different modem routers and still failed. Tried to change settings and open all ports and even uninstall anti virus, still failed. The customer service didn't help. The Nationwide online banking simply doesn't work for me. Now I consider to close my account.
