I got a free student rail card but it doesn't really get that much of train journey prices. The online banking is good so you can check your balance and statements on each of your cards since you got them. They charged me over £80 because I wrote a cheque for someone and they put it in the bank but at the time I didn't have the money in there! It's hard to talk to someone in the right department on their telephone services and hard to know which number on their website to call if your problem doesn't fit in with their department numbers.
