Good Points

You can have your gas with the same company, which will save you money.

Bad Points

Same as gas supply. Customer service is bad, and waiting on the telephone is very long.

General Comments

They constantly mess up your gas bills, and send you reminders when you have already paid. This happened to us with British Gas.
