Good Points

None whatsoever

Bad Points

I have had people knocking on my door saying they are cheaper than any other provider, claim to halve your bills but mine have doubled since joining them - be wary, they will tell you you are on a certain plan but in fact they put you on standard rate and say you requested it in the first place. Awful customer service.
