Occasionally technical support do call you back


Bad Points

I have found that unless you live next door to the local BT exchange you're likely to suffer from one or all of the following:-

No connection
Slow speeds
Frequent disconnections


General Comments

This company are useless. If you are thinking of joining them don't. I have had almost a year of either no connection or very slow unstable connections. Technical support are great at running speed tests, asking how many phone sockets you have, your windows version, or blaming BT but nothing else.

Calls are not returned, when you ring again they often say you were misinformed. Going through getting a MAC code now (since my contract is all but up) and have had to chase 3 times so far......

On the last occasion I said to the operator that I was recording the conversation (after all they do) to which she replied ^Homecall don't allow that^ and then said she had to terminate the conversation.

I wouldn't get broadband from Homecall in the future even if they paid me to have it.
