General Comments

I got mine with a telescopic sight for about 50 pounds a couple of years ago. Mainly use it for target shooting in the backyard. I thought it had plenty of power and was reasonably accurate... until I tried a slightly more expensive CO2 gun that was reputed to put out 8ft/lbs.

The B3 does not put out anywhere near 8ft/lbs - let alone 11 or 12. The B3 has a kick when you fire it that means you can't hit a target adequately at a distance of more than about 15 feet (i.e. 20mm or less from the centre of the target). The inaccuracy makes it useless as anything other than a backyard plinker. I'm stating this now, because having used other rifles I know that it's the gun which is at fault and not my aim!

For the money it's OK - just like a Robin Reliant is OK. Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews into thinking it's a decent rifle. Ultimately it is not accurate enough for most purposes.

Just to be clear: it makes reasonable power for a cheap gun - but nowhere near 11 or 12 ft/lbs. If anyone thinks this gun is better than a BSA or Crosman they're dreaming.
