The bad points about the book are it was quite boring at the beginning, but it did become more exciting during the end.
General Comments
The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas is a fantastic book to read. It made me really think about what I would do in some of the situations Bruno had to deal with. During the end, I thought it was really good how the author, John Boyne, actually wrote the ending. It was really clever. I definitely would recommend the book to someone else. To read the book, I think you need to be about 12 years upwards because it is a quite confusing plot, and if you are younger, then you might not understand the book.
