Good Points

They were friendly, not pushy (I'm female and hate pushy male salespeople).
Gave good trade in value (better than three other garages).
Finance deal was better than my bank could offer.

None!


General Comments

I was really pleased with the service I got - this is the first time I've bought a car and was surprised at how easy it is to do - the sales guy at Arnold Clark sorted everything out for me - sold my car, organised new car, oganised loan etc. My best friend was so impressed she's just been and bought from them too!
