Tesco managers were so rude and when they were in the wrong, thought that as a consumer you have no way to hit back at them - Well i intend to say this to everyone who reads this - mulit conglomerate that does not care about anyone but themselves - never use this service as it is full of security holes - they were happy to bill my credit card but deliver to some other address - never confirming the address on their mail to me - once it happened - they were quite happy to brush me off
Customer service unfriendly - do not care what you have to say.
I had to hang up and phone again for a customer manager - when he arrived - he just did not care and said take my business elsewhere ( well that is the impression i get when a person tell you there is nothing they can do good bye)
