Good Points

- Received emails after placing my order and once the item was dispatched
- Lots of information on the website about the viamichelin x960
- I received a follow-up call to ask how i was getting on with the unit - even though i hadn't even opened it yet!


Bad Points

When I called the courier they could not tell me the exact time that my sat nav was being delivered - although they said it would be between 9 & 5. To be fair I have used other couriers in the past and this seems to be fairly general


General Comments

I'd done quite a bit of research on the Viamichelin x960 sat nav before I went ahead and purchased and I have to say that after receiving it that its every bit as good as the reviews. I hadn't used this company before but was recommended them by viamichelin which is why i used them.
