Bad Points

Disorganized! Unreliable! If you want anything done you have to chase them, Staff look scruffy. Avoid like the plague!


General Comments

1) Promised to come around with a photographer when he brought the papers to sign, still waiting.
2) four days later we had to chase them up to get the 'photographer' to take pictures. (Turns out to be just another agent)
3) Eight days later our house finally makes it on the internet, All be it totally wrong! Says 2 allocated parking instead of 1, only comes up when searching for a 1 bed house, when it's a 2, the bedroom was measured 2 foot too short, neglected to mention key features, the list goes on...
4) Little feedback from viewings given, unless chased several times.

Baring in mind we found a house we like, and had an offer accepted for a time period of 4 weeks. It was 3 weeks in before we got the correct details on the internet.

5) When we asked to be released from the contract, we asked for our keys back, and he couldn't find them.
