General Comments

Where do I start?
Customer service appalling.
Cancelled contract giving over 1 months notice. Contract still not cancelled now, and being sent a bill every month requesting payment.
Written 5 letters, each time with response from a different person, who has no record of any other correspondence.
Now threatening legal action if my contract is not cancelled, and speaking to my solicitor on Monday. One final letter being sent to the managing director now.
Never use this company unless you want a legal fight on your hands which will be for compensation for telephone calls, postage, and severe distress.
Oh, and did I mention how well they time their phonecalls, for example, in the middle of my exams at university? Needless to say I will ensure I claim compensation for the distress.

You are going to claim "distress" from Cellular Ops because they called you in the middle of your Uni exams? Hahaha! What were you doing having your phone switched on in your exams, anyway? Did you tell them not to call within these certain times because you had exams? No? I think they could sue you for slander though...

    Fair point, bad customer service.

I sympathise, I too cancelled my contract with cellular ops over two months ago. They are still billing me, They refuse to acknowledge receipt of the letter, even though they cashed a cheque which was enclosed. Now they are threatening legal action to recover the amount they claim I owe. DO NOT purchase a phone from these scoundrels, even if they are cheaper. The money you save is not worth the stress and time consumed fighting legal battles with them.
