Good Points

None other than that I liked the furniture.


Bad Points

I bought some conservatory furniture from M&S. A two seater sofa, two arm chairs and two tables (one large and one small). These were delivered by two people who dumped them on the pavement, refused to bring it to the house and drove off. I would never order furniture from M&S again.


General Comments

M&S should review the way they treat their customers after they have taken their money.
