- Have you made a claim?Yes
I have PetCare insurance on my 3 dogs and 1 cat. Covered Hip Dysplasia on my golden retriever that would have otherwise been put down, also covers that pets thyroid treatment and medications as well. My other dogs are pretty healthy. My one cat did contract a kidney problem that was also covered.
Bad Points
The claims process was pretty involved but was not overly complicated considering this is the insurance business. The phone wait times are a few minutes each time I call but I have not been transferred around as the other review had stated, maybe they got better staff since then?
General Comments
Pleased with my overall service, I recommend this service to my friends with pets.
