Nice arena lay-out
Bad Points
Rude, hostile staff. A steward actually told my friend that he is an idiot because he walked the wrong way. A door staff actually told me I am stupid and brainwashed for listening to the band I came to see (Metallica) and an idiot for paying money for it.
Queue's to the beer (and supposedly wine that they didn't have)
were over 20 minutes long and they didn't put signs up that they were out of beer which would have saved queuing in the first place.
Staff in the bar was also amazingly slow which didn't help matters.
General Comments
I am a very tolerable person and not normally the sort of person who takes effort to complain about services but in this case the service at Wembley Stadium was so
abhorrently bad (and even hostile) that I am thinking about taking some sort of action.
