Good Points

Looks very sturdy and is extremely stylish. Nice features such as the bowl storage under the lid of the espresso water holder.


Bad Points

Disappointing.


General Comments

Very poor instructions on Krups XP2000; when the machine was first turned on to the espresso water holder leaked from the first day - a complete disaster. Tried several times to contact support without success. A very disappointing machine which comes as something of a surprise from Krups who I thought had a reputation for reliability.
