Food and room accommodation is not so bad, but hotel is in the middle of nowhere, its not 10km from Neos Marmaras its 20, no shop or restaurant or anything 20km around. On TV only few channels, no kids channel or music or any channel in English at all. Most of all hotel rules are that kids from 0-6 are free of charge, but if your kid is 6 and a half years old they will charge you. Drinks by the pool bar aren't to my taste, coca cola is just cola (some cola syrup with soda), coffee is not all inclusive option, gin tonic, tequila sunrise...are too expensive for my liking. So if you can, avoid this place.
