Good Points

Exceptionally easy to steer - even one handed! It is incredibly light, and it folds up really small and easily. The large rear wheels make it brilliant for going down stairs, and much easier than pushchairs with small wheels over rougher terrain. Large shopping basket. Looks good too! This pushchair has the sturdiness of a large pushchair, but the easy of use/folding size of a buggy. Definitely worth shopping around for before you buy, as I found the price really varied, but I definitely feel this was worth every penny.


Bad Points

Tips backwards really easily - definitely would not recommend hanging anything off the back of it ever, but luckily it has a large basket. The basket is a bit awkward to access - I've discovered the easiest way is to undo the popper, and this is pretty easy to do. Personally I would have preferred the front to be less wide, as it can be a little tricky in narrow spaces. You cannot fold it easily when the cosy-toes inner liner is till attached. It has two seating positions, but it would have been great if it had one which reclined more, as my child finds it hard to sleep in it.


General Comments

I used the Micralite pushchair for at least six months with my 2.5 year old, and then used as the travel system/pushchair for my youngest, who is now 1 - it's still going strong, and it looks in excellent condition. Despite my gripes, I firmly believe that this is the best pushchair on the market, and the pros definitely outweigh the cons. My second choice was the Bugaboo, which I discounted due to the weight, size when folded, price, and also because I didn't think it looked as good.
