Very friendly, great exercise, no pressure, only positive advice

General Comments
I have dieted before but this is such a positive approach to fitness too. This club is brilliant for me I am in my third week, I have so much energy. Six months ago I had a hysterectomy and after putting a stone in weight on realised that I had to do something to help myself. I am so pleased I choose this diet thanks to all who are helping me.
