I totally agree and sympathise with Coxy. I have been totally messed about by the company who are obviously incapable of dealing with their demand and also at managing themselves to get the job done. Email address for MD is karl@techtronics.com but don't hold out for a reply. I suggest every one complains to their local trading standards especially if techtronics withheld your money when they had no intention of delivering goods (we were told up to 10 days on 30 Nov...we are still waiting).

techtronics maybe the cheapest .....but by no means are they the quickest ! have been waiting 4 weeks now for an "instock " item with the money already debited from my account but still no sign of when it will be despatched ! .do not order as a present unless u give them 2 months notice , 0/10.
