General Comments

I will never again use Aerolineas Argentinas. I had problems with them in the past, they changed the dates of my flights, scheduling was poor, always late. They cancelled flights with no warning. But this was the last drop. The airline sold me 2 tickets for my daughters in the month of February. From Feb. to July, I called several times to inquire about their practices for accompanying minors. They even added a stop on the flight and when I argued that my minor daughters (8 and 5) would not be able to do this, they argued that they would not get off the flight and it would not be a problem. Today, 2 days before the flight, they called me and let me know that my daughters would not be able to fly at all! I had been trying to support national business (Argentina) but I can see that they are not up to standard at a global level (all other airlines allow my daughters to fly as of age 5!! They have travelled alone several times!).
