Good Points

The only good point I can give is that the pricing of the products is good.


Bad Points

The bad points are that I have not received my products, there is no telephone number to contact the company and I have found that they will not reply to your e-mails.


General Comments

Be warned: My payment was taken from my account on the same day I made my order, yet the products haven't arrived. I am still waiting and have now had to contact Nochex to request a refund (another company which accepts payments on behalf of ismellnice.co.uk) which I am hoping will happen in the next week. I have tried e-mailing ismellnice.co.uk and have had a limited response, however on Monday they assured me via e-mail that I would receive my products by the end of this week. Again, nothing has arrived and I have heard nothing particularly after e-mailing them this morning.
I most certainly will not be using this company again and I will make sure everyone I know is made well aware that they should steer clear. What a shame I looked at this site after my problems and not before...
