Very stylish, easy menuing, fast navigation, well... the T9 text input is the best i've seen in it's class. Reception itself is quite appreciable, in short very elegent and stylish.
Bad Points
Audio and the phone itself freezes. This phone's not GPRS. The optional data cable(PC sync) is scarce and costly.
General Comments
I've had this Sony CMD J70 for past 1 year and still enjoying it. The reason being, it's as simple as you can think of it. I always wanted to get rid of the monotonicity of Nokia/Samsung/Motorolla/etc. The phone used to hand when i was on GSM900, but it rarely hangs on GSM1800. The Jog-Dial and the 4 Shade display are what that sets it apart from it's class. The vibrator is very feeble because there is not specialized motor for vibration, infact the speakerphone, Yes! the one that creates all those polyphonic ringtones plays a very low pitched sound that makes it vibrate. That's the reason it does'nt sound & vibrate simultaneously.
But i'd say again, it's a true value for money, vibrant, stunning, elegent, engaging phone for people who want something different.
