Good Points
Amount of activities that were available for the kids to join as it kept them entertained all holiday. The cleanliness of the hotel was also very good and staff are there cleaning from morning till late at night. I know some people have complained about the beach but I have to say this is where I spent most of my days as it was always quiet and you could get some peace there.

Bad Points
I must admit I am very fussy where food is concerned and I find that all inclusive hotels are mostly the same quality. Although my husband thought food was fine, I lived on pizza from the snack bar, which is freshly made. Some bar staff seem to be selective to whome they serve first and you can be waiting a while. Don't visit the shops on site as I think they are expensive; it cost me 10.00 for two single razors a chocolate bar and a bag of crisps. Needless to say I didn't go back.

General Comments
Overall I enjoyed my holiday, hotel and facilities were good, reps were very chatty, as well as kids club staff apart from a few. My daughter went the first day and cried for the full session then when I collected her they were abrupt and not very pleasant. I feel that they could have dealt with it better and instead of what I thought was an attitude they could have tried building her confidence a bit to enable her to join in, but this didn't happen so she never attended any sessions for the two weeks we were there. Also I have a son who is a bit older so if you have a child who is the same then they are in with the 3 year olds for most of the activities (bouncing bunnies being an example) which is great fun for a 3 year old where they bounce on the trampolines with bunny ears on but not ideal for an older boy (my son wasn't amused). I also must say that the comments about mozzies are true; my daughter had fifteen bites by the second night.
