Bad Points
Pay online and they assessed a fee AFTER payment went through
General Comments
First I cancelled the my Aspire account, but continued to pay it off. The charged me a $50 annual fee, but did take it off when I called an explained the account was closed. Then the nightmare began!!!!
Paid off card online but they assessed a $15 fee after the fact. I knew I paid it off so I forgot about it. Then I got a bill for $100+ I emailed them to ask for copies of statements, but never got them. Every month a new $35 late fee plus interest. Now, a collection notice from Midland for over $300.

Thanks for your review, from reading it I think the $15 fee after you paid of your card was the interest occurred between you receiving your bill and the funds clearing in your credit card account. I see you live in the states but in the UK this is normal practice so I could be wrong. By choosing to ignore this $15 legally they have been able to fine you and this has now spiralled to $300.
If you call them they may resolve this issue but I think your chances are slim.
