The flyer was nice
Bad Points
I have now submitted my personal documents through two different branches, applied online and posted a copy. They now sent me a letter claiming they haven't received anything. What a waste of time. I got involved in this because I was an existing customer with a clean record - I now want to try another bank.

If you don't want your time wasted go elsewhere.
