It takes too long for payment to clear to your account that if you need to put extra on so you can use your card for something you would be well advised to know you need this a month in advance so hopefully the money will be on your account by the time you need it! Oh and if they misplace a payment you've posted in it takes about 3months and a hefty phone bill to get it sorted - they only once offered to ring me back.
I have spoken to many different customer care reps for Mint on the phone and one is as useless as the other, if I had a tail I would have been chasing it for the last 3months instead I've just been running in circles for no reason at all. Each new person you speak to will give you some different and often conflicting information that does not help. Only once have I got off the phone and felt satisfied that I had received quality customer service. They are in no way helpful and they just don't seem to care at all.
