Looks nice, until you turn it on.
Bad Points
Too many to mention, do you like charging your phone 4 times a day? Bluetooth unreliable, no memory, mine went back to Nokia 7 times in 11 months and still wasn't fixed.
General Comments
The Nokia 8800 is the worst and most expensive phone I've ever had. If you ring Nokia there is a option saying "if you are the owner of an 8800..." such are the problems with this handset. I was lent a loan phone (Nokia 1100) that although wasn't half as luxurious thoroughly thrashed the £600 8800 and only cost 20 quid! This phone is a joke, never again will I buy Nokia.
