Good Points

It worked really well on my hair, and it didn't take that long to use and heat up
I had it for 3 years
It didn't give me any split ends, and I use it every day


Bad Points

It snapped in half when I took it out of my bag gently


General Comments

I love the Babylis Pro Hair Straighteners, and I hope I can find the same one, because I broke mine in half!
