Inefficiency; changing terms of card
I used to think very highly of the Morgan Stanley Credit Card - but now for the second time they have 'accidentally' closed my card without warning because of activity on a different account I held. Nobody followed up the fact that my replacement card was not activated for several weeks - surely normally enough to warrant a security check call. They have also decided to reduce the time between the statement date and payment date - but only if you pay the full amount by direct debit, which I would have thought something they would want to reward, not penalise!
