General Comments

They are driving me mad, I filled in a form to transfer My mini cash ISA into a Nationwide 2year ISA Bond on 11th April 2007, it is now 2nd july 2007 and despite numerous phone calls I still do not have an account number and I only have their verbal assurance via my phone call that they have my £20,000. They have not written or returned any of my phone calls. If I could easily get at my money without loosing it's Tax free status I would be happy to never have anything to do with Nationwide ever again.
