We have now been with Smile for approx 2 years and run our Current Account and Savings Accounts with them. Our dealings - both on line and the UK based Call Centre - have been smooth. Recently had a possible unauthorised use of account and staff were excellent.
No bad experiences to date.
Recommended - have had much better service and far fewer problems than with the High Street Bank (NatWest) we used to deal with.
