Easy to clean
Basket does not clear oil when on hook, so food still cooks and timer is only approximate, no lid with filter means steam and oil in air
Better to buy a cheaper fryer even if it only lasts a year then just replace it with a new one. Mine has been to local engineer who replaced element as it was cooking 20 deg above setting and has also been back to Magimix to have hook adjusted. Still not satisfactory. Don't buy one !!!
