Very light weight, low hangar is great for street skating, no axle slip, pivot cups and bushings allow for great turning.
Unlike some trucks (e.g. grind kings), thunders have a high kingpin which tends to stop grinds at first, but once you grind a few times it fixes the problem.
Thunder lows are great for street skating. The light weight allows for more control as opposed to a heavier truck that weighs you down. Other than the high kingpin, thunders are definitely one of the best trucks I have ever rode.
