Good Points

I loved the chi and how it smoothed out my crazy curly hair! It left my hair shiny, smooth and looking naturally straight.


Bad Points

I've had the chi for about a year and a half now. It was working fine until just the other day, the led light randomly shut off after i had straightened half of my hair. I left it alone for a while then it started working perfectly. But the next day it did it again, only this time it didn't turn back on. It was so disappointing!


General Comments

Even though it doesn't last long I am definitely going to get another!
