Bad Points

Connection is not stable, too slow, our site is often down.

I'm really bored of all this now, it's been nearly 4 days and we cannot use our site at all and we're losing members right now!

All I get from support is "thank you for your patience".


General Comments

We are hosting with Hostdime (www.hostdime.com). For five days now (first day no connection at all!) we have had our site up for 5-15 minutes and down for 45-55 minutes per hour!

I've opened several customer service tickets and they only say "this must be from your connection we cannot do anything unless you return us the trace routes".

But it was not about our connections, we have members in other countries and they cannot connect to our site, so this is Hostdime's problem.
