The hotel and rooms are kept very clean no complaints there at all.
Bad Points
The choice of food was very poor and I would only rate it 2 to 3 star, example 1 pasta dish, 1 chicken dish, 1 fish dish and 1 other which varied day to day. The pool is very small, and the depth at 1.5 metres is rather deep for poor or non swimmers. We can't all go in the childrens pool! There is no Lifeguard or any security around the pool that we could see. Very penny pinching for an all inclusive resort. You have to pay to hire a remote control for the TV - you have to pay to hire a key for the room safe - you have to pay daily to hire a pad for a sun lounger, I would expect this in a 2 or 3 star hotel not a 4 star. Hot drinks come from a vending machine, and only at breakfast, and the tea isn't to my liking. To have a drink with your meal involves waiting in a queue for a cashier to take your order and give you a receipt (ours was nil as we were all-inclusive), take the receipt to the bar and wait in another queue - give the receipt to the barman for your drink.
General Comments
I have been on holiday in Bodrum at Charm Village Hotel and Concorde El Salaam in Sharm el Sheik and these have been on an all inclusive basis and they are the same as this hotel, 4 star. The choice of food at both hotels was extensive and would have catered for the fussiest eaters on the planet. The staff were so friendly, you felt so welcome, you wanted to leave a good tip for them because the added to your holiday.
